• death, accident or grave illness of the insured or family member
• theft from the private or business premises of the insured during the 48 hours that precede the departure
• cancellation by a traveling companion of the insured, included in the same contract
• psychiatric, mental or depressive illness, only when hospitalisation of more than three nights is required
• loss or obtention of job
• medical problems resulting from a vaccination
